Balmar 7 Series Alternator - 80 Amp
The 7 Series Balmar Alternator is designed to provide weekend and coastal cruisers with affordable power. The sealed brush design means that the unit can be used safely on board gasoline-powered boats.
This small case model is an ideal choice for confined engine compartments. The deep vee pulley supplied with each model can be used with both 3/8" & 1/2" belts.
Please note that the 7 Series units do not have a built in regulator. They must be used in conjunction with a Balmar regulator (either ERS, ARS or Maxcharge).
- Twin internal fans keep unit cool in hot engine rooms
- Positive field for use with Balmar regulators
- Twin foot (suitable for Yanmar and other engines with twin foot mounts)
